Victoria Giaever-Enger
Victoria has worked with the Chandler Governance Group since 2019 delivering premium practitioner-oriented knowledge and research products that are engaging, timely, and useful for government leaders and public officers. She has held the positions of Lead Researcher, Senior Editor, Head of Business Development, Curriculum Lead, and is now Adjunct Researcher. Her research and editorial contributions comprise The Chandler Good Government Index Report, case studies for the Chandler Academy of Governance, and Governance Matters magazine.
She previously worked in the fields of international trade and regional counter-terrorism at the Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies (Singapore) and on social and economic issues at the National University of Singapore’s Singapore Research Nexus. Her regional experience extends to managing an Asia-Pacific Donor Development Fund and a Singapore-Cambodia volunteer NGO. She began her career with Procter and Gamble in the UK. Victoria holds a B.A. from the University of Oxford and a Master of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore, with Public Policy training from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
