Hui En is an Manager (Programmes) at the Chandler Academy of Governance (CAG), which is part of the Chandler Governance Group (CGG). In partnership with subject matter experts and clients, she develops and manages the Academy’s training programmes.

Prior to joining CGG, she worked in the healthcare sector conducting landscape scans and managing pilot programmes. Hui En holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
